Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing draft agendas and supporting documents for board and general meetings.
• Support in compiling board packs under supervision.
• Assist in organizing annual and extraordinary general meetings, ensuring basic compliance requirements are followed.
• Provide support in maintaining records related to share allotment, transfers, and issuance of share certificates.
• Maintain company records, registers, and statutory books as guided.
• Assist in ensuring documentation related to dividends, share issuance, and transfers is properly recorded.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant corporate laws and share updates with the team.
• Record and maintain minutes of meetings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in maintaining the corporate calendar and tracking key compliance dates.
• Support communication and correspondence with shareholders when required.
• Assist in administrative arrangements related to dividend processing.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within timelines and escalate issues when needed.
• Gain exposure to coordination with share registrars and regulatory bodies such as Pakistan Stock Exchange and CDC.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Organize and maintain data, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of information

Qualification:

• LLB from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Skills:.

• Strong legal research, contract drafting, and communication skills.
